Here you will find information on our Green Schools Efforts!
Green Schools is Ireland’s largest environmental management and award programme, working with schools all across the country. It is a student-led programme with involvement from the wider community. Green Schools promotes long-term, whole-school action for the environment through a series of themes and a seven-step process.

Extra Information
The pupils and staff of Scoil Mhuire are delighted to be a Green School. This makes us part of a fantastic club of environmentally friendly schools all over the world. In Ireland Green Schools is run in partnership with An Taisce.
Scoil Mhuire has earned the flag for ‘Litter and Waste’. We are currently working on the ‘Water’ theme.
